Carolina Lost - The Buildings

Abandoned US 70 East Weigh Station - Hillsborough
Located off of the eastbound lane of the US 70 Bypass of Hillsborough, this now abandoned weigh station gives a glimpse of the past when US 70 was the main route from Greensboro and Durham before I-85 was constructed.  If you are headed East on US 70 Bypass, the weigh station is about 1.5 miles before the NC 86 intersection.
