The  Cutout Page

VA 102 is a sleepy route in the mountains around Bluefield.  However, because of contractor errors, VA 102 and Bluefield is the home of some very interesting designs of state route cutouts.  From a carbon copy of an Interstate shield, to a very edgy borderless design, to the standard known for years, the cutouts for VA 102 receive its very own page.
